Peter Walsdorf claimed his first Big 12 Outdoor Championship medal by placing 6th in the men’s 10K with a time of 30:27.51, earning him All Big 12 Honors. During Peter’s career at the University of Kansas he has grown into one of the leaders on the Jayhawks team. Peter plans to complete his Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of Kansas in May of 2026.

Tanner Newkirk
Junior
Tanner is a junior at the University of Kansas. He currently holds PRs of 3:42 in the 1500, 8:01 in the 3k,13:54 in the 5k, and 23:54 in the 8k (XC). He recently qualified and ran at the 2024 NCAA west prelim running 3:43. He is an indoor Big 12 medalist in the DMR where he ran the mile leg, placing 5th as a team.
